2002 Q 45 infiniti supplemental restraint lights flashes

Everything worked the night before. This morning the light flashes and a "lesson" on the importance showed up on the screen ( 6 screens full ) Anyway can I correct it? If I took it to an Infiniti dealer, what is the set back? What could have caused it? The vehicle has 95,000 miles on it. Runs like new. Please help. If you could email me, I would appreciate it.
