my 2002 q45 was running great then the last few mornings when i start it up, it shakes and coughs a few times then idles high like 1500 rpm.the spitting stop quick takes 5-10 min to idle down then runs smoothly as always.tried to pull off another time with just a few minutes warmup and it rode rough and seemed like the brakes were locking up.i turned around and got it home.anyone hear of this before,i think it may be related to some sort of sensor or something. Thanks for any and all help.I am new here good to meet you guys. I hope it's nothing major,i love this car. This is the best one yet my first real problem,I wanna keep this until they bring the q back. The brake lock thing kinda spooked me,it was unexpected but i roll ya know. The check engine light never comes on either hope you guys can help

:welcome: to NICO!

Sadly, it doesn't sound like anything I've heard of before in particular. Where are you located, and how much has the temperature changed there in the last few days?

not drastic change in temp, think it may be cam and or crankshaft sensor makes them go haywire like that. at least thats what i heard.say that's been a problem on a lot of their cars last few yrs.have had recalls for it on several models.hope thats all it is
