Look for me other post - I have a video of how to get the lites out so you could get to ballast. Pretty ez stuff.

Now, if your ballasts are dead (mine showed a short when tested with a meter, across the 12V input), you will have 2 options:
- settle for a stealership repair- DIY (what I did)
Stealership will absolutely rape you. 2 ballasts + labor + 2 D2S (they will likely force you into replacing the bulbs too to honor ballast wty) might set you back north of $2000. Way north.
I bought newer model ballast (all/most of new Infinitis and Nissans use the new, unified ballast) off Ebay. Expect to pay about $60. You'd need to drill the HL assy to let the ballast wire in, but the rest is very easy.
Again - look @ me video

And before ordering ANYTHING, lookie here:

LT-9 has schematic. The only thing _common_ to both LO beams is the Headlamp relay-1 - make sure it works. Ea low beam has its own fuse ... 15A if I remember correctly - I show in me video where it is, check those too.
To test the relay, you can test the coil, see if the control signal gets to the relay, etc.
