2002 Q45(F50) Light no illuminating

Hey everyone, so since I got the car last year (2012, 142k) I noticed that whenever I unlock or open my door, my map/dome lights front and rear do not turn on. I went into the car settings and made sure that, the illuminating option was on(which it was). However, when I do press the switch the light bulbs work perfectly fine. And for a short while only the driver side front/rear lights would turn on with the stock bulbs, but that was always a 50/50 chance because sometimes they will and sometimes they won't. So I just recently switched all my interior bulbs to LEDS and still no luck, any thoughts?

I'm assuming that there is a slide switch for on/off/door, and it's set to door?

Door switches are all set to door, which is basically in the middle or untouched.
