I figured it out for anyone who needs to remove the ECM harness connector in the future.
1.Wedge a screwdriver in between the white lever in this location(
https://imgur.com/gallery/jChTq6p) and push the screwdriver towards the left of the vehicle, gently ,to loosen the tab on the lever. Then place a finger here(
https://imgur.com/gallery/SN0wGGz) to keep the left side of the lever from locking back into place while you go loosen the right side of the lever. For the right side its the same method wedging the screwdriver but pushing it to the right until you feel the right side of the lever loosen up.
2.Once you feel both sides of the lever loosen, you can the pull the lever all the way down and to the back until its in this position(

3.From here, this entire plastic white part(
https://imgur.com/gallery/nUIWA4o) can now be pulled down with just your hand, with a bit of force, to completely separate the harness connectors from the ECM.
I will be doing a full guide on how to pull the wiring harness from inside the cabin through the firewall, safely, without breaking anything soon.
