car seems to run fine but it does seem less powerful. i think i might need shocks as it doesnt seem to take the bumps as well.will i notice the difference? your opinions would be appreciated.

Paul,I have 193k on my Q45 Sport.THe shocks(rear) &struts (front) should be changed every 60-80k so yes, absolutely. If the originals are still on then you shou look at some of the other rubber suspension parts.....they have taken a beating since the s&s where shot about 90k ago.

go to an infiniti dealer and have them pull the service history. At least you will see the warr work up to 70k. The was an acceloration issue with the 02 that was fixed(if caught) under warr.if it was me, I'd do new plugs also. at they should have been do at 100k so a new set wont hurt.I can tell you the after the acceloration fix, these cars are much more responsive.

Your power cut is more than likely an an injector about to fail. KS are retarding idle. It happened 7 out of seven times before the lifter tick, slight misfire, kangaroo hop......Epic injector failure in Niqole....
