2002 Pathy LE vs. Platinum Edition

So I have a beautiful new (to me) 2002 LE with what I thought were all the options ever available. The other day I saw on the road a similar year Platinum Edition, so I am wondering.... what does the PE have that my LE doesn't?

well, since no one has answered, I'll take a stab at it.

the main difference is the gauge cluster, it looks more like the QX4 in the Platinum. there was also the option of a pearl white paint job, 17" wheels, and I can't forget. the badge that says Platinum!! the more I think about it, it makes you kind dusch if you think your "so high class" if your rolling platinum. I have one, but I refur to it as a LE and not a "look at my platinum badge" kind of A$$hole. hope that helps.

lol your only a douche if you bought it new and paid $x for the platinum edition. At least for the used Q's ive noticed that the prices are the same now even if their platinum. All i can see on those is chrome wheels and what seems to be different colour choices. apparently only 500 platinums were sold in canada.

My friend has a 300M Special. this is an example where it truly is special. Theres a sexy lip all around, MUCH nicer wheels with low profiles, body matching mirrors with turn signals embedded, fog lights...it makes all other 300M's look gay. Youd have to be an idiot not to spend the extra money to get the special. I dont even like chryslers and Id buy that, especially seeing how it was made in canada and there were only 500 made period and werent produced in gay colours....they only came in silver, black, or blue.

The 300M Special also has factory HID projectors, which no other 300M came with.

i tought the platinum edition was only in 04 for both the pathfinder and qx4as far as i know in the pathfinder the interior looks closer to a qx4unique paint colors and of course platinum edition badges

the qx4 also has more noticable upgrades like chrome wheels,chrome roof rack,exhaust tip..maybe door handles?

If I remember right, 2003 is the last year for QX4, with a slightly different look on the power window switches, and a different rear entry grip on the door frame.

I have never seen a chrome door handle on QX4.

and QX4ME you're right no chrome handles (thank god!) lolbut i tought qx4s made it through 2004...im finding results on google at least lol

I used to download owner's manual from http://www.infinititechinfo.co...id=10. I just tried 2004 and it says "Sorry, no document matches found". Manuals are available upto 2003.
