Good evening. I just purchased a 2002 Pathfinder LE. I have never owed a Pathfinder and this is proving to be a great forum with a ton of helpful info (especially concerning all the "How to" fluid replacements.

I am looking for some help in two areas:

The leather seats are in excellent shape except for the driver side. It has, what I would call, typical wear/splitting on the side of the seat closest to the driver side door. Does anyone have some good recommendations for seat covers that would actually fit over the electric seat controls on the side of the seat?

I am also looking for some new floor liners for the vehicle. I have used, and liked, Husky in the past. However, because of the age of the vehicle I guess, I am having difficulty finding any brand of floor liners. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Sorry, no experience with seat covers. Let us know if you find one you like, though!

Floor liners are a bit of a sore subject as you're seeing. WeatherTech and all of the big name brands don't make floor mats for our vehicles (which absolutely boggles the mind!) so you're going to be stuck with universal type mats. I've heard of one or two people being able to snag OEM all-weather mats, but they're extremely hard to come by.

No luck on the seat covers either, I'm in the same situation. My drivers seat is getting bad on the sides specifically, but the rest of the seats are in great condition.

I was fortunate enough to get one of the last probably new OEM Infiniti rubber mats from the dealer on ebay a couple years ago. I searched like every day and bought them as soon as they popped up. If you can find them, they are perfect. I have seen some called Lloyd mats rubbertite, that looked pretty promising. From what I can tell on the site they are custom cut to the floor pattern and you can get whatever color you want and they seem reasonable priced. I think I saw them on realtruck.com. If you give them a shot reply back and let us know.

I have a 2002 Chilkoot (Canadian edition.)
A few years ago I wanted to upgrade my manual cloth seats to power, heated leather seats.
I found a full set of leather seats (front and rear) at a wreckers, so I swapped them out, plus I pulled the two heat switches and installed everything.
My drivers seat bottom split this winter, so last week I went back to the wreckers and found another pathfinder with the same colour seats.
I took only the seat bottom and replaced it two days ago. Easy fix. Total cost for the seat bottom? $12.00
If you live near a wrecker/junk yard, start there.

WeatherTech makes cargo liners for the 1996-2004. Lund makes some very poor front liners currently but they're not recommended by me.

You'll want OEM, Husky, or WeatherTech and you'll only be able to find new old stock

Husky Liners, the original Part numbers are:

Front Row 1999.5-2004:
36111 for Black
36112 for Grey
36113 for Beige

Front Row 1996-1999:
36101 for Black
36102 for Grey
36103 for Beige

Second Row one-piece 1996-2004:
66111 for Black
66112 for Grey
66113 for Beige

Cargo Liner 1996-2004
26101 for Black
26102 for Grey
26103 for Beige
