2002 Pathfinder LE Bank 2 Sensor 1 (P0051 code) help

Has any one had to replace this sensor before? I assume it's drivers side and upstream ? Tried Googling pics of where it's located, but can't seem to find any definitive ones for a "non mechanic". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you remove the air box and the hose attached to the TBI it will give you plenty of room to access the O2 sensor...
