2002 pathfinder headlight problem

Have 2002 pathfinder chilkoot edition. The problem is the the head lights work but high beam works only on the right side and low beam only works on the left side of the truck. Changed both bulbs and checks all grounds. The truck runs fine. It has daytime running lights so the last resort would be to change daytime running light module . Can anybody help.

I have no idea, but I figured I'd bump this -- I had to google the Chilkoot edition.

CHECK THE FUSES UNDER THE DASH, behind the coin tray. I believe there are separate fuses for each, example "left high beam" "left low beam" "right high beam" "right low beam" (edit - just saw you have a different year than i do but there should still be a fusebox under there somewhere) there is a schematic attached to the coin tray itself, the coin tray pops out for easy access.

I finally replaced the headlight module and it fixed the the headlight problem. It cost $286.00 from a nissan dealer.
