2002 Pathfinder...couple problems =(

I just picked this up about a month ago. When I baught it the passenger side head light wouldnt turn on. daytime running lights work..aswell as my highbeams. Noo about a week later..the drivers head light went out and the passnger one came back on..it switched back n forth a few weeks until now where neither headlights work..again the DRL's and high beams still work..but headlights dont. Where should I start looking?

Also my check engine light came on and gave me a code for a bad o2 sensor. I havent replaced it yet and it's been about 2 weeks..is this bad? this morning I went to start the truck and it took a little longer then usual..wasnt too cold either -4 C.

Would a bad o2 cause a hard start? Or is the long start something different?

Any help is very apreciated as i know absolutely nothing about these trucks. Haha I baught it thinking it would be more reliable then my t3/t4 sr20 240 and so far its not looking good

The O2 sensors are a known problem. If you replace one, the other is sure to go.There are actually 4 of them, but it's usually the back 2 sensors that go. There is also a reprogramming of the ECU that will pretty much guarantee that it won't happen again. Dealers know about this reflash and should do it for free.As for the headlights, it may be nothing more than 2 bad bulbs. The DLR's are nothing more than the highbeams at 70% brilliance. That's why they still both work.Don't be too discouraged. It's a great truck. I have almost 180,000 kms on mine, and it's been trouble free, except for those O2 sensors.Good luck.

Yea I was told it was the back sensor. Hopefully they both go out once i replace the one...but for some reason today my sefvice engine light is gone...weird?

As the for lights i know its not bad bulbs because they old ones still work on high and low beam..aswell as the new ones..so i highly doubt that they are both bad sets....

Yea its got 154,000km's now..and i was told that it will last me until it's got 300+ which is why I baught it..not looking at selling it for a long while if its good to me
