2002 Nissan Pathfinder alignment - Newbie here

Hello all. I just got a used 2002 Pathfinder. I put 2 new tires on the fronts, and moved the fronts to the rear, and had it aligned. I am not sure that the job was done properly, but I don't know anything about alignment. "Just Tires" mechanic told me that all they could adjust was the "toe" because they were having equipment problems due to the rain, and were not getting proper readings. Sounds like BS to me. Could someone please offer an explanation of what SHOULD have been done, (ie what specs SHOULD appear on the print-out), and what does not show up? Any tutorial on "alignment" in general would be helpful. (I would like to know what all the stuff does, such as Casters, Cambers, Toe, Thrust Angle, etc.)Thanks!
