2002 Nissan Maxima-Oxygen Sensor Problem Code P0139

I took my 2002 Nissan Maxima 110,000 miles V6 3.5 to AutoZone to get a code read. I got code P0139, Heated oxygen sensor- bank 1 sensor 2. What does it mean and what type of oxygen sensor should I buy before or after cat? Right, Left, Upstream, Down Stream... Im lost!!!

The sensor is the one after the catalytic converters on the rear bank of cylinders.
