2002 nissan maxima speedometer

i have a 02 maxima which i purchased last year around August with a mileage of 105,000. i have notice that the mileage registers faster in which i can cover 3000.00 miles in a month. now the mileage is 137,000. could it be something is wrong with the speedometer or am i driving too much which am not sure of?

maybe u need to cut down on how far u drive and maybe something might be wron go to a nissan delaer ship and check it out they should do it for free
