2002 Nissan Maxima SE Fluid Leak

Hello all. I have a 2002 Nissan Maxima SE which started leaking a fluid from something on the frame/suspension by the passenger side rear wheel. The fluid is clear and viscous/sticky. It does not appear to be brake fluid. There is fluid on the rubber tube which runs along the frame and it seems to have dripped there from somewhere above. I had two shops take a look at it. The first stated that it was probably hydraulic fluid from a bushing and the second wrote it off as nothing serious ("It's just water. AC condensation"). Although I am not a mechanic, I was not born yesterday and know that the fluid is definitely not water. There was no leak prior to today. Please refer to the images below and let me know whether you've had something similar or your thoughts on what it may be. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
