2002 Maxima SE rear bumper removal

How can I remove the rear bumper and signal lights on a 5th Gen. Maxima?I think the little covers clip on but i know how fragile these plastic trim parts can be. I also sheared off one of the bolts that hold the bumper from the inside, is there a nut hidden that i need to grab from inside the bumper? Any help would be highly appreciated!
