2002 maxima se "cd changer problem" please help!!!!

Hi and let me say thanks in advance. There seems to be a cd stock in the cd changer and iam unable to play cds or take any of them out. I think my girlfriend forced a cd inside while it was already full of cd's. at least thats what she tells me. So what do you think I should do??? Because when I looked the "slit" where the cds goes in is closed and I tried to open it but it doesnt budge.
