2002 maxima power seat problem please help (drivers seat wont go foward or back)

i recently up graded my wife 95 max to a 2002 gle,nice car more features than i realy needed one is the power memory drivers seat.we both have our settings its been real nice.but today when i got home mama say's my seat is stuck all the way back i can barely drive the car.so i immediatley take it loose (after looking in the owners manual for a magic answer) and it will tilt every way but will not go back or forward.it just makes a little click noise from the white box that hold a circiut board,you can here the click when you are down there any way you move it ....but nothing happens when you thry fwd or back.i asked her how it happened she said the seat had moved back when she turned off the car and only the back ad bottom reset we she went to restart the car i looked for any reset switches and found none that i could see.is this common at a low milage 38k is that motor known to fail?or am i overlooking something. dose it have a reset i havnt seen?dose it need a motor?

I believe there is a tsb to replace the forward and back motor as well as the worm gears to fix that problem. The motor itself has gone out.
