2002 maxima cel on ,after repair too

O2 sensor just changed in a 2002 maxima bank 1 sensor 1 ,now bank 2 sensor 2 shows up and it says some kind of performance issue problem,car gets 38.6 MPG.Check engine comes on randomly.Runs fine after a reset,died into the LIMP mode twice,lucky I carry my trusty orange scanner and just reset it. Car has 58K,running synthetic,premium gas only. Any ideas what the heck I do next?Im also getting a P1165 - Swirl Control Valve Control Vacuum Check Switch, P1166 came up once.

I'm not sure what to recommend about the swirl control valve. As I understand, it's a valve in the manifold. Description sounds like it might be a vaccuum problem?

1166 is the bank 2 #2 oxygen sensor, as you said already.It's not uncommon for oxygen sensors to fail at once in these cars.

I beleive there's a diagram under the hood (Look up).Don't quote me on this though......
