2002 Infiniti QX4 ECU code P0011 Camshaft Position -Timing Over-Advanced or Sys

Can anyone tell me exactly what this means or what needs replacement. My vechile was being worked on for minor body work and when I got it back the check engine light came on. I took it to 4 differnet location to come up with the same code P0011 Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance.

Any and all help greatly appreciated.
