First of all what you're listing there are tension rod bushings, not lower control arm bushings, so that won't work. I would reckon a guess they MIGHT be the same, however typically it seems cross-compatibility is an era-based thing. not always true, but it's a good mentality to have. This is why many G50 and Y33 things were the same as the Z32, R32/R33, S13/S14, etc because they were made at the same time as the Qs..
Without knowing anything specific about the F50, I would say you're more likely to find a solution with the G35 or 350Z...
It's a bummer because with Infiniti you have to get the entire rod just to replace the bushing. You're probably going to have to do some experimenting, or bite the bullet and get a new control arm. I doubt anyone has done it here, and if it's not been done here it's unlikely it's been done anywhere else (although I don't know that for sure).
