2002 Infiniti I35 Not Shifting right

I have a 2002 Infiniti i35 with about 152,000 miles on it. I have owned the car for a bout 1 year now. Shortly after purchasing it i noticed it would shift out some times.

I will be driving down the road and it will randomly Rev up real high as thought the car has been knocked into neutral but it's still in drive. When this first started happening all i had to do was just turn the car of and back on and it would be fine and it wouldn't do it for a few mounts. Lately it does it almost everyday and turning the car off no longer makes it stop.

When i crank the car up my A/T light flashes and my check engine light has been on since the problem first started.
