2002 I35 Whining Noise - Video also

My fiancé has a 2002 Infiniti I35 and the past 2 days this whining noise has begun. Below is a link to the youtube video (I recorded from underneath due to the sound being best heard there). When cranking the car there is no problem and the noise is not there, only after driving the car does the noise begin and stay. Anyone have any ideas? I have looked around the site for hours but not found anything that is the same as what I hear.
