Can I get an opinion on a 2000 Infinity 2000? My wife found one and fell in love with it! How reliable? What would be a good price? Should I get a dealer warranty?Any help would be appreciated!

ThanksMajor

Pretty bullet proof, if maintained correctly. Have it inspected by a qualified tech. You can pull the Infiniti Dealer Service records by submitting its VIN to any dealer.

I agree with max.

very good cars , look good inside and out good road manners, and underappreciated on the used car market.

After owning 3 Maximas (90, 92, and 95), I bought my wife the 2000 I30t Sport Touring. Best @#$% car she has ever had! She can eat my lunch in my 1994 Q45. Sweet ride. I plan on keeping it for another 4 years, at least (or until I get a door ding, whichever comes first):icesangel

The I30's are one of the best 6 cyl. out there (if not the best). I love mine, but I need to sell it. Take a look at it on autotrader.com. It's the only black one on there for $19,500, but I'll let it go for $18K. Way below KBB. Call if interested. 714-593-4837.

Definately a front runner if I were in the used car market! Under appreciated somewhat and it's a shame. They are one of the best cars out there. I recomend the "t" model. :thumbup

After talking to the previous owner and going over the maintenance records I decided to buy it for my wife.

It was well maintained and looks & drives great. After I changed the oil (to mobil1) and no sign of any oil usage in 500 miles. I am very optimistic that it will serve us well for the next 3-4 years!

The only thing I did not like, it had dominator all-season tires, which after investigating are manufactured in the states for sale to Mexico & South America!! So i had to buy some new tires Birdgestone LS-H, according to Tire rack they should work great!

Anyway I have received some very comforting, upbeat responses to my query, I really appreciate it. I will now be a regular on this forum.
