2002 I 35 Pricing

The wife and I are looking at a 2002 I 35. Dealer had it listed for 22,995, says they can let it go for around 21,995.

They say the car was a service loaner. It has under 16,000 miles on it.

I thought that may be a bit high, even with the low miles it has on it, but then again this is the first Infiniti I've shopped for. Any opinions on price?

Edmunds says dealer retail is $22,400, tradeiin is $19,000 and private sale is $20,300.

I would think $21,000 with some new floor mats.

I would advise against buying a loaner. I drive those cars each time I get service done....let's just say I wouldn't buy one..

Try finding a one-owner used one instead..

Good point John. After all there's not much difference between a service loaner and a rental....and I wouldn't buy a rental.

Ditto on what John said... I have a lot of fun with loaner cars, and I'm probably gentle compared to some folks. I at least wait for it to warm up first!

I would not buy those cars.

I usually get sea sick when I get one of those car.
