2002 Frontier heater hose replacement?

There is a heater hose that runs from the top of the heater core down the firewall to the bottom of the engine. It connects on the other side of the starter motor. Anyone ever replace this hose? It is very difficult to access at the bottom of the engine. Any suggestion for replacement
