2002 Frontier 3.3L to 2.4L engine swap

Hi, I bought 2 Nissan Frontier trucks in hopes of swapping engines. The wreck one with a great 2.4l is 2wd, and the one with a great body and blown 3.3l is 4wd. My biggest concern right now is the oil pan clearance on the 2.4 going into the 4wd. It looks as if the oil pan will not clear the front drive shaft for the 4wd. has anyone done this before? What am I up against? Thanks
