2002 Frontier 3.3L knock sensor

My 2002 Frontier 3.3L is setting a OBD code P0338 knock sensor highput. My question is this can I change this sensor by removing just the upper intake plenum or does the entire intake (upper plenum and lower intake manifold) and fuel rail need to be removed to access this sensor?
