I'm getting an idle miss and it seems like when i'm under the hood reving the tb fast it has a lag. I'm thinking it's due to the miss it's having but i have done this to try to correct it. Changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, ks, distro cap, rotor bug, changed out the injecter insulators when i had the plenum off due to the ks problem. It's still giving me a code for bank 2 catalyst below threshold and i know i have some leaks around my exaust manifold but do you think it could be causing the miss and loss of power on rev? It is sfi so i'm thinking i might have an injector problem since everything is knew on the ignition side except for the timing belt. I have thought about advancing the timing but i wanted to make sure everything else is done first.Ps, the gap on the plugs are around 40 and they are ngk iridiums i didn't set a lower gap because it's not supercharged and i have had this miss for since before the last plug change when i put bosh iridiums in there. I think bosh messed up my cat lol.

I don't think the exhaust leak is gonna cause the lag, but maybe I'm wrong. It just doesn't sound right to me.

Are the plugs gapped to stock spec?

Yeah they are gapped right. I cleaned the maf tonight and it's still doing it. Do you think it may be the egr valve? I'm going to check it next. * sighs *

It's worth it to check te EGR, since it's so easy to do.
