Does anyone know how to change units in the climate control display for the 2002 Q45? I am looking to change it from standard to metric.

Should be in the owner's manual.

Page 4-9 of the 2002 Q45 Owner's Manual shows you how to select the Language and Units on the LCD display. In Units, you can pick US or Metric.

Note that selecting Metric also changes the speedometer and gas mileage display to metric, along with the temp from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

It is accessed via the Settings Button.

When I saw the title of this thread I got scared... was thinking maybe the whole screen failed or something. That would be no fun to replace.

Glad it was simple.

I checked the owner's manual and it can only change the units on the non-navigation cars.

i agree, its probably hidden in the menus...

on our grand prix it has an analog speedo and when you hit it to metric, it automatically moves the speedo needle to the appropriate KM..

E-bam, can you tell me how to change it? And what year is your car?
