So i'm buying a altima from my friend, he smashed the car because he was about to get jumped buy a gang and in the process, his trunk and bumper got smashed pretty bad.

i'm buying it for 1500. no frame damage, clean title and it has about 70XXX on it. It was his father's car and he had given it to him for graduation a couple months ago.

I'm having trouble finding a new trunk for it tho.

Does anyone know or would be able to let me know where i can find a trunk?Possibly a carbon fiber, but i'd prefer an OEM.

Can i get it onlne, or would i have to go to a dealershipp for one?

also if i'm right. 2002 - 2006 trunks would be able to fit?

Since it's an older car, you shouldn't have a problem finding one. Check the junk yards and I'm sure you'll find something locally.

I had a similar problem like that with my 2003 nissan altima when a forklift had smashed into my trunk. I went to a bodyshop, and they were able to fix it like brand new. Like Generic said.........try a junk yard, the dealership may try to charge an arm, and a leg. Maybe you know somebody in the bodyshop business that may be able to get you a deal? Good luck.

Would the 2003 - 2006 trunks be able to be used?

Should be ablt to fit, 05-06 had a slight refresh to the body...........but nothing major to the back. The measurements should still be close if not exact.
