2002 altima crank nostart

ok 2.5 4 cyl crank no start, fires once , injectors do not pulse.Both cam and crank sensors have been replaced . Also pcm has been replaced . no codes present which im sure is due to the pcm replacement, also while cranking and looking at pids rpm is slow to show up during cranking, but also a cheap autozone diag tool is what i have so it could be lag between it and car , any ideas ?
