I purchased these 02-06 Infiniti Q45 Trunk SG371005 Lift Support Shock Strut Replacement Set from eBay and they work great! My suggestion would be to remove the rear seat, and it only took me 10 minutes total to complete. Just make sure you have something holding the trunk all the way up when you do this. ;)

Only tools you need are a flat head screwdriver, 10mm socket and a ratchet.
