2001 xterra AC blows cool not cold

Ac blows cool not cold I have evacuated ( alowed 1hr for to evacuate @ -29vac.) and recharged the system and cleaned the coils to no avail. Any ideas?

Does the suction pipe sweat?Check the blend doors on the heater box.If not correct the heater core will be convect heat into the vents.

The suction line gets real cold not sweating

With the A/C off check the vents with a cheap meat thermometer.The outlet temp.should be no more than 10 degrees higher than the ambient temp.
