2001 QX4 with code P1491 VC Cut/V Bypass/V

Hi there,

My 2001 QX-4 has set the above code. I have reset it once and it has returned. Does anyone know what causes the code and if it is difficult to repair? Any help would be appreciated.

Why not do what mechanics and technicans do, look it up in your *.pdf copy of the FSM.

Usually need to replace the vacuum cut valve per ITB02-015
