Make sure the FCC IDs match--even with genuine Nissan key fobs, models that look identical can have different FCC IDs. You need to make sure you get the one that's right for your car.
Also, keep in mind that Infiniti will need to program the physical key for NATS (the car's security system) which they will charge for. As I recall, it is not cheap.
Regarding Nissan/Infiniti combo keys like that one:Nissan does make keys in that style (much smaller form factor, though), but doesn't make them available for US models for some reason.I personally dislike them. They make the key bulky. I'd rather have a smaller, slimmer key and a separate fob.All new Nissans and Infinitis have keyless ignition. The keyless ignition fobs have a small removable emergency key.
