I get most of my parts from there... not sure that all of those radiators have the built in oil cooler though

you can also check partstrain.com, those are just two sites that I order from.

I'm sorry, for some reason I thought you were talking about the transmission oil cooler, please disregard my earlier post. The factory oil cooler can still be replaced if it is faulty (a new factory spec unit will not improve cooling abilities). You can also add an aftermarket oil cooler if necessary, however adding a separate oil cooler will not be an easy task.

The oil cooler is a pretty simple device that transfers heat from the oil to theengine coolant. Why do you think you need to replace it?

At least on the '01s, only the automatic transmission models had it.

I took my car into for 90K tune up at the dealer, they informed me their oil leakages and it would cost about $600 to replace new one . It's engine oil cooler. thank you again for your input, it had great information.

That's a fairly common issue on these vehicles. The picture I posted above is actually a leaky oil cooler as well. The parts (all you need to replace is two o-rings) are cheap and the labor should be no more than two hours (at the very most). I don't see how they can charge you $600 to fix it.
