2001+ QX4 LED Bulbs??? HID Conversion for H3

I was interested in replacing some of my parking lights, rear lights, and/or turn signal bubls with new LED lights.

I was wondering if anyone has installed them and had to add a load regulator or was it "plug and play".

Also, I have been looking into using a conversion kit for HID to convert my foglights so the front set of lights would all be HID....

Who knows, I might even replace my headlights from stage I to stage II.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
