2001 QX4 Fog Light HIDs and New Low Beams XENONs

Hello all, I just stumbled across the site. I am on my second QX4 over the last few years I had a 98 and was unhappy with the speed compared to to the 01'.

Fog Light HIDs I read through a number of posts and was curious as to how I can get my fog lights to match my Xenon HID blue headlights, any suggestions? Is it some kind of conversion or it it just a new bulb? Links appreciated.

Low Beams I have a relatively stock 2001 QX4 with the exception of an Avic-D3 in dash and just had a Xenon low beam bulb die on me a month ago.. I went to Autozone because I needed one ASAP and paid $135~ for a new bulb, however after having the bulb in for a month it never turned blue so I returned it this week.

I went by the dealer yesterday who wants $290 a bulb, I called 2 other Infiniti dealerships and the price ranged @ $290 and $390. I didn't get one from the dealer but instead did my research online and ordered one from drivewire.com for $100 after I found an internet coupon for 10% off. Drivewire claims that they are indeed blue Xenon's if not I have 30 days to return it. They list it here @ http://www.drivewire.com/pnsea...10239

otherwise here are some other things I wanted to say:

Changing the headlight bulb for this model is not that hard and you DO NOT have to remove all the small screws, you simply can undo the wires from their retainers by pushing them back and then left/right. They wire holds the Xenon bulb in and it comes out easy. I saw this because this post is not right @ zerothread/304857
