2001 QX4 Engine Won't Start

I just got a new IACV and got my ECM back from repair. They are installed and I was going to try and start engine to warm it up for the throttle relearn, but it will not start - not even hit. I suspected something else going on because most of the IACV threads I've read said the vehicle would still run, mine didn't. I checked fuel pressure at the tank and was getting about 60 PSI. I suspect an ignition problem (or position sensor?), but don't know how to check coil packs without the engine running. Any ideas? I reset the P0505 code before installing new parts and there are no codes now.

Never mind. I thought I'd go check every fuse I could find while waiting for you guys to noodle this over, and found a bad ECCS 2 fuse. After searching for that in the threads realized this was a common secondary fail when the IACV goes. Funny I'd never seen that before.
