My wife's QX4 has the Bose system with the in-dash 6 CD changer. 2 weeks ago the CD player quit, giving an ERR2 error msg. The deck was changed out (warranty), and 2 days later the new deck has done the same thing. When you put in a CD it acts as if it's attempting to play (indefinitely), then gives the ERR2 msg. (The first time we could not even get the CDs to eject). Any suggestions/ideas?

Did your new deck come with a warranty? If so get it exchanged for a new one.

Try removing the Neg. Cable of your Battery and let sit for a couple hours to reset the CD Changer. Sometimes this works --- sometimes not....

You're being very polite here.
I can't understand why anyone would search and then drag up a 14 year old thread.

Brings up another irritating point though: the one-and-done poster.
You know, the guy that registers, posts a question/concern, and then is never heard from again.
I've lost count of the number of times I've responded to a post with a suggestion or an answer, and asking for the OP to keep us posted, only to never hear from them again.
I sometimes wonder why I bother.
FYI, I'm in the process of replacing my Pathfinder after 17 years of faithful service, so I may be saying goodbye soon.
