2001 Q45 Instrument Panel Lights Do Not Work

2001 Q45T - 108,000 miles

Lights Not Working: 4 Gauges, TCS Off, Slip, Turn Indicators, High Beam, Gear Position, Odometer

Working Lights: Oil, Seat Belt, Brake, ABS, Battery,

External Working Lights: Headlights, Taillights, Hazard, turn indicator

All gauges display the correct information. Checked meter/gauge odo/trip in diagnostic mode all worked. Dimmer switch functions normally -dims hazard switch light and the door switches lighting. Headlamp positioning works.

Actions Taken: Checked fuses 4 & 28 and others that even remotely could be associated - No failures found.

Also, the cruise control will power on but will not engage. "Cruise On" light works with no other indications
