So after gas light came on I drove it 4 more miles then filled her up. Capacity is 21.1 gallons, but it filled up with just 16.84 gallons. Also, I got 213 miles from previous fill up, so about 12.6 MPG (213/16.84), all city driving with strong use of A/C.

Normal for light to come on with about 4 gallons left? MPG seem normal?

With conservative driving you will probably average 14-15 city, 17-19 Hwy.

Those numbers seem reasonable to me. IIRC, the most got was 265 miles on a long highway trip. Higher mpg but similar capacity used.

You can put 21.1 gal into a dry, empty tank (with air space), but can't drain 21.1 gal using the factory fuel pump.

Yep that's a normal fillup right after the light comes on. I think american cars are supposed to have the light come on with 60 miles of range left or something like that.

I've been getting similar mileage with similar driving conditions. I've got an 02 sensor to replace at the next oil change though so maybe that will help with the mpg.
