Just bought a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder SE that had the original tape deck/6 CD changer bose system in it. I swapped in a new system but somehow in the process I killed my blinkers. Here’s the facts as I know them;

1. Hazard lights work great. Checked that connection multiple times. Blinker makes normal noise when hazards are on.
2. There is no indication of anything when I use the blinkers (no fast light or steady light).
3. Everything else electrically seems to work fine...including new stereo. I think the stereo install is either coincidental or I somehow popped something in the process of the install.

Any advice on where to start would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

maybe check the turn signal fuse in interior fuse box, should be a 7.5 amp fuse

I’ll try that in the AM. Would think that a bad fuse would kill the hazards as well?

Well in the FSM in the diagnosis chart on page 98 when the symptom is "Turn signals do not operate, but hazard warning lamps operate" the first thing they have you check is the turn signal fuse.

Checked the fuse...all good. Ugh! I appreciate the advice and I’ll try to pull up that FSM. Any other suggestions?

Found the culprit! Bent pin in the hazard connection! It was the center pin on the lower row...bent it back in position, was careful it slid nicely in to connection, and works great!

Thanks again.
