Long story, MAF sensor, coils, plugs, 2nd MAF, and various codes about the sensors; but this was a major revelation.

There is a ground cable from the exhaust to the body that was broken.

Fixed it, cleared the code, and am now waiting for the wife to take a long drive to get things really heated up again.

Hmm, have nice pics, but will have to find someplace to post them (anyone know if this web site has a storage area).

More to come.

Hopeful in Denver.

Sounds exactly like my 2001 QX4, unfortunately. I had to replace MAF sensor, coils, plugs, and crankshaft sensors to get my car drivable. So for the P0140 did your replace the rear RH O2 sensor?

I thought I had it, but the service light came back on.

I haven't had a chance to read the codes yet, but will keep you informed.
