I have a 2001 nissan pathfinder se, and need to know what wire behind the cluster is for the SES light (color wise), and also what connector it is on as far as left middle or right when facing the cluster as usual. Thanks in advance

I messed around with a cluster but it's been so long that I can't recall which color wire from the harness feeds it, but if you dig around the wiring diagrams in the FSM (link in sig), you'll see it.

Then, without encouraging anything unethical, I'll say that I know the CEL has a replaceable bulb.

*I'll also add that when buying a used vehicle advertised as having "no dash lights on", in addition to running the code reader, I still turn the key to the ACC then ON positions and observe to ensure all lights including the CEL illuminate briefly.

Very diplomatic response to someone who clearly posted here for the sole purpose of enlisting help to commit fraud.

Thank you Sir.
Walking the tight rope of ensuring every member gets help, yet maintaining the public good by ensuring that noone gets screwed.

I should probably highlight that last part about checking for potentially masked issues.
