Hello, I took off the wheel center caps on my pathfinder and saw that one of the bolts and nuts on the front hub (4x4) was missing. Can someone tell me how serious this is? There is a wheel wobble at highway speeds which I believe is a missing wheel weight but I wasn't sure if this could affect anything. I'll try to post pictures.

No. You just wrap the right stuff before and after the URL and it imbeds it. It's kinda hard to show you the right stuff because then it tries to imbed a picture.

Ok, so does anyone know whether I should be to concerned? I tried looking in the service manual on this site and I only see the nut, I don't see what pat the nut is threaded on.

I don't see anything in the fsm, but would 40060e "pathfinder stud" on this website be the part I need, and how would this be installed? I only see the nut in the fsm. http://www.nissanpartszone.com/componen ... 294_2.html

It looks like 40060E (stud) and 08911-6081A (nut) are the parts you'd need. Please provide your VIN and I can look up exact part numbers for you.

Where are you located specifically in Florida? I'm in Palm City, about half an hour north of West Palm Beach.

I live in clermont, 30 minutes west of orlando. I don't know the vin of the top of my head but I do know it was one of the later 2001.5s that had the new smart entrance control unit as specified in the electrical section of the fsm

So I looked up the vin and its the right part, but the el section of the fsm says that after 584967 have the new entrance control and I have one that starts with 6, does this mean I have a 2001.7? Geez, how many model years were there in '01?

Heh, no, it just means you happened to get a 2001.5 with the new SECU. :)

I'll need your VIN regardless to look up parts. I'd use my own but I've got a 2WD and the part numbers are not applicable for my vehicle.
