2001 Pathfinder hesitation after routine mainatnence

Hello, in an earlier topic I asked about the p1145 code and was givin some great assitance, however I read some of the info wrong and changed the passenger side VTC sensor, so last weekend I took the VTC sensor that was from the P/side and installed in the D/side, also did new fuel filter, new belts, oil cooler o-ring, and installed KYB gas-adjust in the rear and GR-2s in the front, plus mobil 1 oil change, the belts and fuel filter are all Nissan parts, the Path has just clicked 80thou, after doing the work the truck was fine and the code was cleared, it sat over night and when started the next afternoon I noticed it was idling a little rough, it smoothed out after warming up and drove fine, well after about 10 minutes the truck jerked a little upon acceleration and I noticed the cel came on again, my wife had it scanned and they told her it had these codes, p064, p0154, p0134 and p0464, I had them cleared 2 days ago and they have not came back, now the only problem is every once in a while like twice a day upon accelerating from a dead stop the truck will hesitate like it is not getting fuel for 3-5 secs then goes fine, it has only done this while she is driving so thats the best I can describe, what should I look at next? any help would be appreciated, Thanks again.

It would be better if you could get it to do it so you can accuratly describe the problem [info is always better from the horses mouth as you may notice something she doesnt.] I would like to know what those codes meant. I know the P01xx codes are O2 sensor codes and the P04xx code is related to evap system. but I have no idea what the P064 code is as it is not complete your missing a number in it. knowing what all these codes are could lead to what is failing even if the light hasent come back on.

Thanks Nistech, I drove it last night and it is exactly how she described it, except the light has come back on and it was actually hunting during warming trying to find a steady idle, it would go from say 1100 then down to almost stalling then back up again, I drove it and it produced the symptoms once and that was it, im gonna scan it again as I think she wrote the codes down wrong, thanks sooo much.
