2001 Pathfinder Frame/Control arm rust issue

Help me.

I just bought a nice 2001 Pathfinder for my 18 year old son and discovered while replacing a CV axle that I could not eliminate a strange sound form the front end.

I finally realized that the rear mount of the passenger control arm is loose from rust. I am shocked because the vehicle is pretty darn clean. It does not have much rust at all.

Can this be repaired? Is there a mounting kit available? What can be done. The vehicle has a lot of potential.

I am going to get it fixed. The rust level on the underside of the vehicle is pretty moderate. I am going to find a good welder and get it fixed. F the dealership.
