On your sunroof: I found a Nissan TechTip on Sunroof Motor Replacement that gives the calibration procedures.
On the right hand side of the sunroof opening are two small round holes. The farther, smaller, one is only obvious if you tip up the sunroof. Line up the two holes (this will be a bit fiddly to get just right.). Record your radio presets. Disconnect battery for a couple of minutes. Reconnect battery. Runthe sunroof all the way back and all the way forward (the TechTip says don't use the automatic mode, but I accidentally did and it worked ). Reset the radio presets.

Here's a simpler procedure that doesn't mess up the radio and doesn't require any tools:
On the right hand side of the sunroof opening are two small round holes. The farther, smaller, one is only obvious if you tip up the sunroof. Line up the two holes (this will be a bit fiddly to get just right.). Pull fuse F. This fuse is in a box under the hood, US passenger's side, about half way between the radiator and the firewall. Fuse is 40A and labeled "Power Windows". It's just outboard of the big 110A fuse smack in the middle of the box. Put fuse F back after a couple of minutes. Run the sunroof all the way back and all the way forward with the left switch. (the TechTip says don't use the automatic mode, but I accidentally did and it worked ).
And somebody had trouble finding the two holes. Here's a picture. The big hole is obvious. The small hole is a couple of inches to the left, directly above the "T" at the beginning of "Tribolet" in the
